Cancellation Policy

[Cancellation Policy] At Sa’Day Wellness Spa, each pamper session is thoughtfully reserved just for you and our service providers. To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee plus a 15% gratuity charge for your wellness provider. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total plus gratuity. A 15% wellness gratuity is applied to all pamper sessions to support the elevated experience provided by our team. We truly appreciate your understanding, support, and respect for our providers’ time.
