A deeply relaxing scalp wellness treatment designed to cleanse away buildup, refresh the scalp and release tension. This experience combines scalp analysis, deep cleansing, warm water therapy, conditioning and our signature scalp massage for that I almost fell asleep level of relaxation. Includes: Scalp analysis • Deep scalp cleanse • Scalp massage • Warm water therapy • Conditioning treatment • Neck & shoulder massage • Warm towel finish Please note: This is a wellness and relaxation service and does not include a professional blow-dry or finished hairstyle.
Cancellation Policy
[Cancellation Policy] At Sa’Day Wellness Spa, each pamper session is thoughtfully reserved just for you and our service providers. To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee plus a 15% gratuity charge for your wellness provider. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total plus gratuity. A 15% wellness gratuity is applied to all pamper sessions to support the elevated experience provided by our team. We truly appreciate your understanding, support, and respect for our providers’ time.
